All of the services currently offered at Purpose. are based on a private/ self-pay scale.  

We do not bill insurance, however, encourage you to check with your insurance provider and/or employer to discuss coverage and/or benefits.  You may be able to submit your receipt of payment for reimbursement (EX.Flex Spending Plans / Health Savings Acct, etc.).

Cash / Check / Paypal / Venmo / Visa / Mastercard / Discover / American Express accepted for all services.
